Simple.. anyone that has anything to offer the security industry. This expo is for end users, security directors, integrators, alarm companies, engineers, consultants, manufacturers, representatives, IT professionals, and anyone else that has to wear the “security hat”.
Why should I partner with the GSX?
The Gateway Security Expo is a collaboration of several security industry organizations, teaming up to provide one Great event. No longer will you have the expense of a booth, travel, hotel, labor, etc of 2,3 or 4 expos in the St Louis/Midwest area saving you $1,000s. We have come together to offer you a better ROI. The GSX is the missing link between the small local expo and the large nationals..
We have teamed with a fantastic location stratigically located in the center of St Louis. A close drive from anywhere in the metro area. The show will be “upgraded” with a larger venue, better food, more vendors, classes, and prizes. New this year, we will only have high top tables, and “finger” foods, with only a few chairs on the EXPO floor. This will help eliminate the campers that would sit and work/socialize at a tables. We understand you pay for attendees to visit your booth, and not just enjoy a free lunch.
Based on past individual expos, we expect attendance to be well over 500. Not only can you expect a large turnout, but also quality contacts with end-users, security directors, VPs, directors, business owners, purchasers, and decision makers.
We will be offering a standard 8′ Tabletop Booth and a Premium Booth includes a 10’X10′ pipe and drape booth with up to 3 tables, both will include electric, table cloths, skirting, lunch for vendors, and estimated 500+ attendees. You can even add booths together for a larger booth.. ie 10’X20′
Lots of parking area right at the location. Demo vehicles can display for FREE along with their purchased booth. Just let us know what you are bringing.
We will have 3 classrooms with a CEU line up to attract end users and integrators. The classes are free for attendees, and there is not charge for the instructor. A great way to have a captive audiance of 50-100+ for an hour. This year we will also be offering class room sponsorship. The classroom will be named with your company and promoted as such throughout the event along with signage at the door.
This is a FREE and open event. You will be able to invite ALL of your midwest contacts. There are no restrictions such as only for end users, or integrators, etc…
The Gateway Security Expo plans to submit a press release announcing the new expo to Security System News, LP Magazine, and others.. We will also have at least 7 different local organizations promoting the expo.. along with you!
Vendors will be provided with “the list” of attendees in Excel format. We will have an opt-out option, and it will be disclosed that the list will be shared with the vendors. This is the best way for us to share the leads with you.. along with you collecting your own at your booth.
Join the Alarm Association of Greater St Louis for their 12th Annual Golf Tournament. Spend a leisurely day with your customer, or “stack” you team to win. Don’t have any golfers? That is OK.. don’t forget to sponsor a hole, but don’t wait, they go fast as there are only 18 available.
Vendors have many opportunities to promote their brand throughout the event. There are sponsorships available for lunch, classrooms, beverage areas, golf holes, beverage cart, etc.. Each come with prominent name placement and will be referred to as such.. ie: “the CEU class will be held in the Bosch class room”
